IAMC – IPCC AR7 Call for National Scenarios

The IAMC National Energy Systems Scenarios Database Project supports the collection and coordination of national energy system scenarios for the IPCC Seventh Assessment Report (AR7) cycle. The webinar presents the project, its first-phase work and the process for registering national models and submitting scenario results. The topic is particularly relevant to the IEA-ETSAP community, as national TIMES models are widely used to inform energy and climate policy but remain underrepresented in international scenario databases. The webinar explains how TIMES modelling teams can contribute their national scenarios and strengthen their representation in the IPCC scenario assessment process.
