Error while importing results

Dear all,

We have successfully integrated 4 countries in ANSWER TIMES and while integrating the fifth country we are getting the following issue. 

The model produced an optimal solution in the command prompt and in the ANSWER TIMES application it is unable to import all the records and its getting stuck for hours. The model is not generating any lst file so that we can rectify the problem. I believe the system is unable to handle such a big model as each country has 288 time slices. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

I find it hard to believe that there would be no LST file generated:  GAMS always produces a listing file.
But anyway, as far as I know, technical support for ANSWER-TIMES has ended a year ago, because the primary developer has fully retired. VEDA is now left as the only user shell for TIMES supported and recommended by ETSAP, although you can of course continue to use ANSWER, but without technical support.

However, if you have ran out of disk space, that could explain also a missing listing file. But otherwise, if the problem appears to be due to the size of the results database, I can suggest moving into using VEDA for at least results processing, as VEDA can handle larger results databases.
