Is it realistic to have a negative EVPI if the investments prior to uncertainty resolution is similar for both perfect information and stochastic s... |

Dear Antti,
Is there a way/best practice to model Curtailment? to calculate the amount of energy "not sold", "not fed into the grid" (per technology, i.e... |

Ah, yes, using RCAP_BND for activating early retirements works only under VEDA-FE.
If using ANSWER-TIMES, you need to use the switch $SET RETIRE 'LP' and P... |

Thank you for the example Antti. We will now change the way of modelling electrolysis in a denser manner than previously.
In this example NCAP_OLIFE = 10, and I assume this is the lifetime of a plan... |

Thread: Reporting LCOE in stochastic models
Post: RE: Reporting LCOE in stochastic models
Dear Antti, LCOE works fine in a stochastic model now. I am not sure what was the issue earlier. I apologies for using your time. |

Post: RE: Reporting LCOE in stochastic models
Dear Antti, thank you for your investigation. This is good news.
I also have a colleague that successfully reported LCOE in a stochastic run in another model.
I will test reporting LCOE again ... |

I have experienced that it is not possible to report LCOE/ Var_NcapR for stochastic model runs. Is this correct? If yes, will it be possible in the future?
