Two beginner's questions:

1. How can I purchase the complete TIMES model in the UK ?

2. I believe the model comes with a generic data file.. Is there a way to get the data file specific to the UK ?

You need to get in touch with folks at UCL/AEA, who do TIMES modeling for UK. The model comes without any data... only some demonstration material is provided.
